Preparing for your massage:

A good therapist will always adjust to your emotional and physical state when they receive you. Maximize the benefits of your massage session with these suggestions:

  • breathe - on your drive to the massage, take deep relaxing breaths to help transition from your day of work or exercise
  • notice - stress, tension, soreness and tightness; share this with me before the massage
  • shower or bathe - use exfoliating mits to remove dead skin, use a gentle natural soap. Take the pampering At Ease package if you are unable to shower before you massage
  • trim and buff - finger and toe nails
